Our Three Policies

Student acceptance policy (admission policy)

Students with a passion for creating and conveying information through the media and willing to learn about international and domestic politics, economics and culture.

Curriculum design and implementation (curriculum policy)

Goals of our human resources development:
To develop human resources who are able to assume activities in a range of fields in not only domestic but also international institutions, who are responsible for using communication in the new global era, who have the skills to ‘grasp correctly and communicate precisely’ information as a transmitter of information centered in the medium of mass communication.
Skills and abilities to be developed at our university:
Students also acquire the skills to be able to respond to the turbulent modern world as a member of society.
Students acquire the expertise related to the media to be able to ‘grasp correctly and communicate precisely’ information in the world filled with information.

  1. Implement liberal arts education for acquiring a wide range of basic knowledge as well as studying skills, including the 1st year education and career development by focusing on internationalization and computerization.
  2. Implement vocational education to understand expertise and methodologies.
  3. Conducting small classes to grasp problems accurately in modern society and be able to solve them, expressing self-opinion, while respecting others, and actively promoting communication skills for research and discussion in a hands-on involved class. Orary problems and to communicate actively to express a self-opinion in a respectful manner.
  4. Acquire specialized knowledge and relevant experience based on critical and insightful thinking, necessary to complete graduation research as required.

Criteria for degree completion (diploma policy)

  1. To be able to ‘grasp correctly and communicate precisely’ information in the modern information filled world.
  2. Acquire expertise related to the media and the responsibility of using communication in the new global era.
