Our Three Policies

Student acceptance policy (admission policy)

Students highly motivated to contribute to society in a variety of ways through wanting to learn and improve their skills of information and international communication.

Curriculum design and implementation (curriculum policy)

Goals of our human resources development:
To develop human resources with skills in mediation and communication in ICT and language in the evolving media environment of the contemporary globalized world. For students to have the ability to ‘grasp correctly and communicate precisely’ information in the modern world.
Skills and abilities to be developed at our university:
The acquisition of information technology (systems design and Web application technologies, etc.).
The acquisition of communicative competence in English as an international language.

  1. Implement liberal arts education for acquiring a wide range of basic knowledge as well as studying skills, including the 1st year education and career development by focusing on internationalization and computerization.
  2. Implement vocational education to understand expertise and methodologies.
  3. Conducting small classes to grasp problems accurately in modern society and be able to solve them, expressing self-opinion, while respecting others, and actively promoting communication skills for research and discussion in a hands-on involved class. Orary problems and to communicate actively to express a self-opinion in a respectful manner.
  4. Acquire specialized knowledge and relevant experience based on critical and insightful thinking, necessary to complete graduation research as required.

Criteria for degree completion (diploma policy)

  1. You can take ICT and language as a medium of communication across borders.
  2. You can grasp information correctly and communicate precisely even in the flood of information in the evolving media.
  3. You also gain a multicultural understanding while being aware of its significance and using it in practice.You can create values for the new era of globalization by thinking of information and languages in media.
